The Patient Advocate serves as a focal point to assist all patients utilizing the 30th Medical Group by helping them resolve conflicts and concerns they have with any aspect of the Medical Group. Each section of our facility has a patient advocate. Patients are asked to first contact the section advocate for conflict resolution and if that section cannot assist then they will be directed to the MDG patient advocate.
