The clinic is closed the third Thursday of each month from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Press 1: To make, reschedule or cancel an appointment or to obtain test results or medicine renewals in the Family Health Clinic, Space and Missile Medicine, the Pediatric Clinic or to reach the Pharmacy
Press 2: For the Dental Clinic, Physical Therapy, Optometry, Immunizations, the Health and Wellness Center or Public Health.
Press 3: For the Mental Health Flight to include the Mental Health Clinic, ADAPT, DDR and Family Advocacy.
Press 4: For Tricare Operations and patient administration to include referral management, health benefits, medical evaluation board and outpatient records.
Press 5: For all other services to include Laboratory and Radiology |
