How can I submit a photo/story for the Vandenberg Web site?

What are the rules for photo submissions?
The 30th Space Wing Public Affairs office is looking for all types of photos, but they must have a military tie. That is, the photo should include a military member or unit. Photos must also be in good taste, with nothing obscene, racist or otherwise deragatory. Use common sense.
Photos must also be owned by the person submitting the photo; do not submit someone else's copyrighted work.
If you submit a photo, and you have photo editing software, please resize the photo to no larger than 300 dpi at 10 inches on the longest side. Please do not send photos that are extremely small or grainy.
