Memorial service held for 9 SOPS member
VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. - A memorial service was held April 19, 2013, at the base chapel for Maj. Jeff Vincent, who was found dead April 16 off the coast of Miami, Fla. Vincent, a reservist from the 9th Space Operations Squadron, was assigned to the 614th Air and Space Operations Center. He was reported missing while scuba diving on leave in Florida April 7.
