VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif.-- Col. Steven Winters, the vice commander of the 30th Space Wing, presents Col. (Ret) Charles Simpson with a gift after speaking at a luncheon where hundreds gathered at the Pacific Coast Club here Sept. 24. The Luncheon commemorated the 50th anniversary of the nations ICBM program. Col. (Ret) Simpson is one of the founders of the Association of Air Force Missileers.
