VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Airman 1st Class James Thietz, a 30th Civil Engineer Squadron heating, ventilation and air conditioning technician, sizes up support beams in the new 30th CES Explosive Ordinance Disposal Flight building here Friday, Sept. 2, 2011.
