A vehicle-borne impulsive explosive device detonated at the Solvang Gate and dispersed a secondary device. Security forces secured and performed self-Aid and buddy care to casualties until the 30th Civil Engineer Squadron's Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Emergency Response team responded.
