SANTA MARIA, Calif. -- The Vandenberg Air Force Base honor guard present the U.S. flag prior to the singing of the national anthem during the 5th annual Allan Hancock College military appreciation night on Nov. 3. Allan Hancock College lost 23-36 to Bakersfield College. The event is held to support military members. The first 250 military members, veterans and their families were admitted at no charge and served a free tri-tip dinner.
