11/17/2011 - VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif.  -- Bernie McGrenahan, a comedian, is scheduled to perform his "Happy Hour" program for Team Vandenberg members at the base theater at 3 p.m. Nov. 18.

The live stand-up comedy show intertwines humor with a message concerning all aspects of resiliency.

"I hear the show is phenomenal," said Master Sgt. Lora Schmeltz, the 381st Training Support Squadron superintendant. "I hope Airmen understand the importance of the Air Force's Four Dimensions of Wellness, which include spiritual, emotional, physical and social wellness. For Airmen, these are all important aspects of being resilient."

Seating for the show is limited at the base theater. Airmen should coordinate their seat at the show through their supervisors and first sergeants.

Bernie McGrenahan has been featured on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Comedy Central.

"It feels great to be here at Vandenberg," said McGrenahan. "My hat is off to you amazing Airmen. You are why our freedom is possible."
