Eagle Eyes Program: The USAF's Eagle Eyes program is a highly successful effort to not only fight crime, but also suspected acts of terrorism across America. In the aftermath of September 11, 2001, the need for strengthening and securing our communities has become even more critical, and Eagle Eyes reporting is taking on a greater significance. When you help your community by reporting suspicious acts, you help the nation.
Some examples of what the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) would like to see people reporting are:
Surveillance activities -- People or organizations attempting to gain information regarding military operations, capabilities, or people.
-- Stealing or loss of explosives, weapons, and ammunition.
-- Acquiring military uniforms, decals, flight manuals, base passes/badges and/or the equipment to manufacture such items.
-- Suspicious persons in on or around military bases.
