The Vandenberg Air Force Base Storm Water Management Plan is available for public comment through May 18.

The plan is required under the California General Permit for the Discharge
of Storm Water from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems
designed to reduce the discharge of pollutants in storm water runoff to the maximum extent practicable to protect water quality.
